This coach’s package is necessary for every coach especially for those who are starting a career in track and field. With Monday to Friday training, for sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and throwers, except the hammer throw.

 With 24 years of coaching experience, I have helped track and field athletes at all levels improve their overall fitness, maximizing their sprinting, jumping, and throwing technique, as well as their overall performance.

This website will also help athletes, parents, coaches, to have a better insight into training.The training is for the beginner and intermediate middle school athletes, with five days a week training, and three days of weights lifting, for sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, throwers, and middle-distance athletes.

Each training plan is specifically for middle school athletes, and is based with their physiological age and stage of development in consideration.

Each program is great for athletes, parents, and coaches who is looking for a detailed full-season program that includes warm-up routine, flexible training, sprint drills, med-ball exercises, and cool down routine, while emphasizing on building speed, strength, power, rhythm, and cardio conditioning.

All workouts can easily be changed to meet the athlete’s need. This will allow the athlete to become more confident and ready to perform.

Training will focus on three main goals in mind: teaching the athletes the fundamentals of their event, exposing them to a wide range of training and techniques, which will make them love and want to stay in the sport.

This website will also supply a safe gradual build of intensity, while building and improving the athlete’s overall skills, while helping each athlete to be more explosive by incorporating strength training and plyometric exercises into their workouts, which will help reducing injuries and improving their overall performance.
