High Jump Training – Middle School


The high jump is a unique balance between speed, strength, power, and technique. This training program will not only train you physically but will incorporate a range of drills that reinforce proper mechanics and give you a good visual understanding of the importance of the approach, body position at the take-off and rotation over the bar.
