This coach’s package is necessary for every coach especially for those who are starting a career in track and field. With Monday to Friday training, for sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, and throwers, except the hammer throw.

The package also includes a warm-up and cool down routine, along with agility drills, med-ball exercises, strength, and conditioning training, for summer, fall, indoor and outdoor season.
