Heptathlon Training – High School / College


The goal of this training program is to provide a sound, fundamental and science-based training. Evaluating your running, strength endurance, power, agility, and speed. Training will be intense, focusing on hurdling, sprinting, mid-distance training, jumping, throwing, lifting and core/recovery.
